“Work is the curse of the drinking classes.” – Oscar Wilde
“To be a poet is a condition, not a profession.” – Robert Frost
Many believe when a door closes, a window opens… but what happens when people accept that they can’t get everything they want? This show grapples with these questions while exposing the often hilarious inner-demons unique to those navigating a life in the arts.
Set at a post-show gathering for the opening of a fictitious theatre production in Fort Collins, The After Party features songs from the newest musical theatre hits, and some of the most popular writers on the cabaret and singer/songwriter scene.
Intended for mature audiences only.
